Luiquitech D4 descaler is an acidic, superconcentrated solution based on a complex recipe containing corrosion inhibitors and antifoams. The product is intended exclusively for professionals.
It is used for cleaning solar installations. The product successfully removes sludge deposits and degraded antifreeze without attacking the rubber seals present in the installation.
The product is used together with a cleaning pump.
Step 1: Dose the product in 30-50% concentration, depending on the degree of dirt present in the installation.
Step 2: Use the cleaning pump to start the chemical washing process (recommended time: 60 min). The descaling process is faster if the water is heated between 40°C – 50°C. It is recommended that the water temperature does not exceed 65°C in order not to damage the components of the cleaning pump.
Step 3: Frequently monitor the pH value of the flush pump solution with a pH indicator paper. The pH should be 3 or if the solution turns brown-black and there are still deposits in the system, add new descaling agent at 20% concentration to the pump and continue flushing until the deposits are removed .
Step 4: After descaling, the installation is emptied and rinsed well with water.
Step 5: Charge the cleaning pump with Liqutech Alkaline Neutralizer in 5% concentration and recirculate for 10 min.
Step 6: Rinse the plant with water until pH 7 – 8 is reached.
